How does the 20-minute setup actually work?
A guided checklist walks you through your organization, taxes, customer and product imports, a workflow template, and integration connections. Most teams finish the working portion before lunch.
How do you size pricing?
We size based on the modules your team needs, the number of seats, and the volume of orders running through the platform. There is no fixed published list — we sit down with you, look at your operation, and give you a number on the call.
Do you charge for setup?
No. The setup is self-serve. If your team wants a hand on a kick-off call we’ll do that with you at no charge.
How do you handle HIPAA?
The audit infrastructure is HIPAA-aware by default for every customer — audit logging on every action, append-only logs, and per-record actor metadata. For customers that need a Business Associate Agreement, we sign one as part of the engagement.
